WW2 Era Peruvian Army M34 Helmet Complete with liner, chinstrap and Golden Sun Badge.

This helmet started its life as a French M26. This helmet was supplied to Peru beginning in 1934. The helmet was then designated as a M34 by the Peruvian Army. This helmet was used until the 1950’s.
The Golden emblem to the front is that of the “Sun God” derived from ancient Inca times and found on many symbols from Peru.
The liner is locally made in Peru, of simple construction and basic material.
