Here is a very displayable WW2 German M42 Helmet. This piece appears to have been post war repainted over with black. The helmet is with and original leather liner. The helmet was as found with this unusual leather chin strap (Assumed to be post war).

The markings on the helmet shell are tough to make out through the layer of paint. We have tried out best to capture them as they appear.
